I serve my client primarily remotely and thru use of technology that helps me stay connected even when I’m not in the office. My home office features multiple cameras for displaying drawings and sketches when taking Teams meetings and my large monitors keep me engaged and allow me to meet with you and your team easily. I am an expert in Revit software, and utilize the BIM features it offers in innovative and productive ways. My skills include schematic design, but my expertise comes in project management and construction detailing. My decades of experience working in construction help me foresee constructability issues during the coordination and pre-construction phases. My construction knowledge and experience in planning, design, procurement, and field operations help owners and developers achieve overall project delivery in a successful, cost effective and streamlined way.
